Description: Ruby red color with purple reflections in youth. On the nose the fruity and sweet notes of ripe black cherries stand out, together with blackberries and blueberries. On the palate the fruity sensations explode with great pleasantness and softness, with a non-invasive tannin. Persistent finish of black pepper and licorice. Selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. Destemming. Fermentation and maceration in steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Aging in cone-shaped wooden vats.
Pairings: Very versatile wine. Excellent with cold cuts but also with grilled meats and fresh cheeses
