It is the most prestigious red wine of Lake Garda. This great wine was born in Valtènesi, the area most suited to the production of important red wines. Deep ruby red in color, with great fullness, texture and elegance, it is considered one of the flagship wines of the Avanzi winery.
IN THE VINEYARD
Grapes: 60% Groppello, 20% Barbera, 10% Sangiovese and 10% Marzemino
Production area: Valtenesi (Polpenazze del Garda, Manerba del Garda)
Harvest period: end of September
IN THE BASEMENT
Vinification: in steel tanks
Aging: in French barriques for 8 months
For a small percentage, an over-ripening of the grapes is used
Aging: it is best expressed in the 2 years following the harvest

Bouquet: gives spicy and wild strawberry notes
Taste: its tannin is soft and in the mouth it amazes for its extraordinary flavor. Authoritative, persistent and with a great personality
