BIO - Vegan wine
The search for quality in the vineyard and in the cellar has always been and still is the main objective of our company and this wine testifies to it. From the vineyards of Montepulciano and Sangiovese, more suitable and better exposed, located on the hills sloping down from Ascoli Piceno towards the Adriatic sea, this wine of intense ruby red color, with purple reflections just ripe and for which maturation, optimal after the third year, it gives vivacity, orange reflections and velvety softness. Wide, fruity and floral, elegantly ethereal when ripe; savory and warm, with a notable body and a soft persistence of taste.

Grapes: 70% Montepulciano, 30% Sangiovese
Geographical area of production: Municipality of Acquaviva Picena and Offida, province of Ascoli Piceno
Soil: medium-textured tending to clayey
Altitude: 300 m. s.l.m.
Training system: spurred cordon
Harvest: from the second ten days of October

Vinification: traditional in red with cold racking
Color: intense red with a slightly garnet edge
Bouquet: vanilla and wooden spices
Taste: velvety, rich in body
