Vinification: The Moscato Casa di Bianca grapes are carefully sorted in the field during the harvest (which takes place strictly by hand), and then gently pressed; the free-run must that is obtained is processed with the Martinotti method in an autoclave, where it will rest on its lees for at least six months.
