VINIFICATION
White wine from red grapes obtained by soft pressing of manually harvested grapes. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature, in steel tanks, to safeguard the delicate aromas of the Merlot.
DESCRIPTIVE NOTES
visual: light straw yellow;
olfactory: fresh and floral with hints of white pulp fruit;
gustatory: dry, soft and delicate both in the
structure and in the aromas which bring back to the fruity sensations perceived on the nose.
