Flavor Slightly spicy, velvety and with a good structure, well balanced even if young.

Vinification Traditional, in stainless steel tanks. Only a part of the wine undergoes a slight passage in second and third wine barriques.
Observations It is advisable not to serve at temperatures below 16° C to have a good aromatic expression.
