Donatella Cinelli Colombini welcomes you to Casato Prime Donne in Montalcino and to Fattoria del Colle di Trequanda, in the land of the great Tuscan red wines. Her ancestors already owned these estates at the end of the sixteenth century. Casato Prime Donne, the first Italian winery run entirely by women, has achieved international success thanks to the quality of its Brunellos. Fattoria Del Colle extends 336 hectares on the hills overlooking Montalcino and its Brunello, Chianti Classico and the Nobile di Montepulciano area. Donatella Cinelli Colombini inherited it in 1998, today 160 hectares of cereals, 6 of olive groves and 17 of vineyards are cultivated in the Fattoria del Colle in the Sangiovese, Merlot, Traminer and Foglia Tonda varieties, an ancient native vine abandoned for over a century. here it has been enhanced again.
