Château Paquette

The history of Château PAQUETTE is the story of a family that more than 60 years ago was fascinated by a unique place: a vineyard immersed in the heart of the Provençal pine forest, nestled on the volcanic rock of the Esterel and cradled by the sea spray. The quality of the wine is worked above all in the vineyard, it is this that offers us the raw material necessary for winemaking: the grapes. With commitment and respect for our land, we have obtained organic farming certification for our vines.

The vinifications respect the rules of the art of rosé, benefiting from the experience of Jérôme Paquette, consultant oenologist for several large companies in the region, for more than 20 years.

Thanks to this passion that guides us and our need for quality, our wines have become one of the flagships of the Côtes de Provence Fréjus denomination, cited as an example by many critics, from Robert Parker to Jacques Dupont
