Pietra Pura
The PietraPura line was born from the fruitful collaboration between the Tuscan winery Rocca delle Macìe and the Apulian agricultural company Terre di Sava, with the common aim of enhancing the native vines of Salento and creating wines that best express the territory.
The two maisons have combined their experiences and their know-how in the creation of different types of wine with Primitivo and Negroamaro grapes obtained from vineyards selected by the Rocca delle Macìe technicians. The grapes are then vinified in the cellars of the Sava company with the advice of the oenologist Luca Francioni of the Zingarelli family company.
