The Chiaretto del Garda, "wine of a night", comes from black grapes that have undergone a vinification with partial contact with the skins (the time of one night).
In the history of Garda it is by far the most awarded Chiaretto at national and international level.

IN THE BASEMENT
Vinification: soft pressing and destemming. Meticulous selection of the best grapes. Short contact with the skins during maceration (overnight time). Racking off to obtain the "pink" color. Complete the white vinification in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature

Color: rosé with violet ruby reflections
Bouquet: delicate, floral, English bon bon
Taste: soft with a neutral or slightly bitter base reminiscent of almonds
