The history of Domaine Pierre et Jean-Baptiste Lebreuil began with Paul Lebreuil in 1935. Starting in 1958, his son Pierre joined him on the estate, purchasing several hectares of vineyards and a building. When Jean-Baptiste arrived in 1999, thanks to his studies and various experiences in Bordeaux, Argentina, and Australia, the estate only prospered. Jean-Baptiste's approach to viticulture is based on the principle of "lutte raisonnée" (avoiding the systematic use of chemicals) and is also interested in biodynamic viticultural practices to be as close to nature as possible. Jean-Baptiste is one of those worthy independent winemakers who bring their terroir to the table and are increasingly being recognized by guides and specialized magazines.
