Bernard Moreau over the years, since 1982, following in his father's footsteps, has created a 7-hectare vineyard that he manages alone. He is a perfectionist winemaker, particularly meticulous and attentive to everything that concerns the environment. He works according to the specifications of Sustainable Viticulture and, to avoid systematic treatments, he spends most of his time in his vineyards, meticulously monitoring the presence of parasitic insects or similar on leaves and bunches, in order to apply only particularly precise and targeted treatments when necessary.
