Champagne Bernard Robert

The Maison Bernard Robert, founded in 1945 by Marie-Madeleine Dosne from a family of red wine growers and her husband Bernard Robert, is one of the oldest houses in the Côte des Bar. This region, which borders Burgundy, is renowned for the very high quality of its Pinot Noir.
Today, the privilege of managing the family business falls to the third generation. Sébastien, one of Marie-Madeleine and Bernard's nephews, is co-director with his uncles Jean-Pierre and Jean-Claude, his mother Johanne and his cousin Jean-Christophe.
The champagnes produced by the Bernard Robert family are distinguished by the typicality of their aromas, but also by the delicate use of a very rare grape variety in Champagne: Pinot Blanc.
The Maison Bernard Robert estate extends over an area of approximately 30 hectares, spread across 7 communes in southern Champagne. On these hills the four main grape varieties of Champagne are grown: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc
