Vinification: aged in the quarry for 3 years, it is a champagne that summarizes all the intoxicating aromas of the grapes that compose it. Clear and crystalline, with a golden color with coppery reflections, it is characterized by a fine and lively perlage, a harmonious and complex bouquet.
Description: Fine and delicate, it reveals fragrances of violet and aromas of wild berries to the nose. Well structured, in the right balance between acidulous and sweet vein, it is full-bodied and vinous on the palate, leaving a round, balanced and fine final sensation.
