Vineyards
The grapes come from vineyards in the Sant’Amico area, located at an average altitude of 200 meters above sea level and with various exposures. The soils are predominantly mixed clay with a good sandy component.

In the Vineyard
Respect for the land is our constant focus, even in vineyard management. We practice organic farming, with no chemical herbicides, and employ cover cropping and green manuring techniques.

Harvesting
The Verdicchio grapes are hand-picked, selecting only the best bunches from individual vineyard parcels.

Vinification
We like to describe our winemaking philosophy with a simple phrase: we use the simplest vinification process in the world, trying to let the wine express what’s already in the grapes.

Aging
Aged in stainless steel on fine lees for about 6 months. It is filtered and bottled in March, though it reaches its full expression after the summer.

Tasting Notes
Golden yellow with youthful green hues. A lively and playful nose with notes of yellow-fleshed fruit and delicate floral aromas. On the palate, it’s dynamic and crisp, offering bright freshness and a substantial mid-palate without heaviness. The finish is long, savory, and persistent.
