Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the most esteemed wines in the world of red grape varieties. Despite its importance in the sector, the grape is a relatively new variety, the product of a possible cross, between Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc, during the seventeenth century in southwestern France. Wine of a deep ruby red color tending according to the degree of aging to brick, intense, fine, full-bodied. Of moderate alcohol content, it has a strong personality. It has a slightly herbaceous scent, reminiscent of violet and wisteria.
