LasorgivA: a new chapter in Bolgheri wine
After over twenty years of experience in the world of wine, gained within her family’s winery – one of the first historic estates in Bolgheri – Laura Fabiani decided to embark on an independent journey with LasorgivA. A project that combines tradition and innovation, deeply rooted in the territory.
After over twenty years of experience in the world of wine, gained within her family’s winery – one of the first historic estates in Bolgheri – Laura Fabiani decided to embark on an independent journey with LasorgivA. A project that combines tradition and innovation, deeply rooted in the territory.
The name LasorgivA embodies this philosophy: the letter “O” contains an Etruscan pictogram, depicting a sprout, a symbol of rebirth and belonging to the land of Bolgheri.
Raised among vineyards and cellars, Laura developed in-depth knowledge of the soils, grape varieties, and microclimate of Bolgheri. Drawing on her years of experience and vision, she created a line of wines made from the best grapes to highlight each variety’s identity, with careful winemaking that enhances each nuance. Her goal is to produce authentic, elegant, and classically modern wines, deeply tied to the land.
