Soil: soil formed in several different geological eras, rich in minerals. Silty-clayey subsoil.

Growth system: spurred cordon with worked soil

Height: 450-500 meters above sea level

Microclimate: Mediterranean, with rainfall concentrated in the spring and autumn months. Frequent presence of wind.

Production process: manual harvesting of the grapes, vinification in steel. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 26 degrees for 10-12 days on the skins, malolactic fermentation in steel. Ageing in 10hl French oak barrels, barriques and tonneaux for 24 months. Refinement in bottle for 4 months.

Organoleptic characteristics: ruby red color tending towards garnet. Intense bouquet, with notes of red fruits and spices. Velvety tannins and long aromatic persistence.

Alcohol content: 14.5% vol.

Serving temperature: 20-22 ° C

Pairing: mature cheeses, roasts, braised meats.
