WINEMAKING

White wine from red grapes obtained by soft pressing of manually harvested grapes. Low temperature alcoholic fermentation, in steel tanks, to safeguard the delicate aromas of the Merlot.

DESCRIPTIVE NOTES

visual: light straw yellow;

olfactory: fresh and floral with hints of white pulp fruit;

taste: dry, soft and delicate both in structure and aromas which recall the fruity sensations perceived on the nose.

RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION

1 - 3 years from the harvest.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE

10 - 12° c.
