IN THE CELLARS

Vinification: wine produced with grapes selected in the Salento area and vinified with maceration at a controlled temperature followed by a soft pressing of the must at the end of fermentation. The wine ages for about four months in French oak barriques

TASTING NOTES

Color: intense ruby red with some violet reflections

Bouquet: ample, of ripe cherries and plums with pleasant notes of cocoa and vanilla

Taste: full and soft, with excellent structure

Pairing: meat-based sauces, game and aged cheeses

Serving temperature: 16-18 ° C
