IN THE CELLAR
Winery: wine produced with selected grapes in the Salento area and vinified with thermo-controlled maceration followed by soft pressing of the must at the end of fermentation. After a period of refinement of a few months it is then bottled

Color: purple red with black-violet reflections
Bouquet: intense and persistent with hints of blackcurrant and berries and light spiciness of thyme and aromatic herbs
Taste: full-bodied wine with good flavor, soft and with a long and persistent finish Pairing: first courses, meats and hard cheeses
