Vinification: the traditional fermentation with prolonged maceration is followed by a period in large oak barrels and a subsequent aging in barrique for 15 months.
Tasting: intense ruby red with light garnet reflections. Typical bouquet of the vine with cherry aroma and a slight hint of vanilla. Wine with good structure, lively tannins with a nice persistence in the aftertaste.
It goes well with: to be combined with meat dishes, roasts and game.
